Our Support Team

Great care doesn't happen with just doctors—it takes a team. Meet the people who keep Prime Spine Wellness running smoothly and ensure every patient feels welcomed, heard, and supported.

Sarah Collins

Front Desk Coordinator

Sarah is the first person you'll meet when you walk through our doors. She handles scheduling, insurance verification, and makes sure your first visit runs smoothly. With 5+ years in healthcare administration, she knows how to navigate insurance questions and get you the answers you need.

Emily Rodriguez

Practice Manager

Emily oversees day-to-day operations, patient experience, and community partnerships. She's your go-to for billing questions, treatment plan concerns, or general clinic feedback. Before joining Prime Spine, Emily worked in hospital administration and physical therapy clinics.

Mark Thompson

VA Liaison & Patient Advocate

Mark is a Navy veteran and specializes in helping patients navigate VA Community Care paperwork and authorizations. If you're a veteran dealing with VA red tape, Mark handles it so you can focus on getting better. He's also our point person for auto accident and personal injury cases.

Why Our Team Is Different

Most chiropractic clinics operate like assembly lines: high patient volume, short appointments, minimal staff. We built Prime Spine Wellness differently. Here's why.

1

Small on Purpose

We have 2 doctors and 3 staff members across two locations. That's it. We could hire more and see more patients, but we'd have to compromise on time and quality. We won't do that. You'll see the same doctors every time, and they'll actually remember your name, your story, and your goals.

2

Collaborative, Not Competitive

Dr. Abi and Dr. Mac consult with each other on complex cases. If one doctor has experience with your specific condition, they'll share insights. You're not just getting one doctor's perspective—you're getting the combined expertise of our entire team.

3

We Don't Hire Junior Associates

Every patient sees Dr. Abi or Dr. Mac—licensed chiropractors who handle care directly. You'll never be handed off to a "junior doc" or "associate chiropractor."

4

We Refer Out When Needed

Chiropractic doesn't work for everyone. When it's not the right fit, we'll tell you. We have trusted referral relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, pain management specialists, and primary care physicians. Your health matters more than our egos.
